Reimbursement Model
The program utilizes a reimbursement model to offset the cost of therapy sessions. After clients pay their provider at the time of service, SAAP provides reimbursement for the out-of-pocket expense to ensure that mental health care remains financially sustainable.
Eligibility Criteria
This program is specifically for the "working insured"—individuals whose income is above the threshold for state assistance but who still face the high cost of professional mental health care. We provide a solution for those who are ineligible for government aid, ensuring that essential services remain a manageable expense for people in our community.

Coverage Area
Services are available exclusively to working insured individuals residing in Franklin County, Maine.
Confidential and Professional
Your privacy is our priority. We don’t partner with specific therapists or tell you who to see. You choose the provider that’s right for you, and we handle the funding.
